HOST INTRO: Yesterday, General Motors announced a recall to more than two and a half million cars that had already been recalled. On Wednesday, Toyota recalled of over six million vehicles, worldwide. Automobile analyst Michelle Krebs says that car companies are quicker to respond after Toyota faced a federal case.
