NYPD and City Council Meet to Discuss Body-Cam Expansion

As a result of the multiple incidents occurring nationwide with regards to police brutality, watch-dog groups and the NYPD developed a police body-cam pilot program. The NYPD and City Council met last week to discuss an expansion of the program from city to state-wide.
